Heather Raich is an experienced restaurateur who has been working in the industry for over 20 years. She has managed multiple chains at executive level positions, gaining insights into what makes a successful operation and how best to optimize processes throughout the entire organization – from customer service to back-office functions. With her expertise and knowledge, she founded Dyn Hospitality out of her passion for helping businesses succeed by streamlining their back-office solutions so they can focus on providing excellent service and customer experiences without sacrificing efficiency or profitability goals.
